week 8 entry 1

Life died out in the winter
Everything gray and dull
With spring comes life
Trees begin to bud
Plants begin to blossom
Life is an ever-changing cycle
A cycle of beauty
Spring rolls into fall
Which turns into the died of winter
Then it is back to spring

S-s-s-r-r-ike
Come on Kegeen you can do it
People cheer as we watch JV baseball
Ants crawl through the grass
They also crawl on my leg
A ball flies up in the air
It bounces in the grass
S-s-r-ike
And the inning was over

Because proctor is boarding school and is responsible for the students, it is important that we have a system of weekend sign out, but out system is flawed so we need to come up substitution for our inefficient weekend sign–out system.

week 6 entry 1

With the computer screen open the music plays in the background. Muffled sounds of voices carry though the wall. It is hard to make out what they are saying. The window is open with the breeze coming in. A ball and bat at contact make a noise that carries from baseball field in front of Burbank. Now there is a new song playing. Aside form the little itunes icon in the corner there is application open on the screen. The background of the computer is constantly changing. One picture is my sister and I. This picture quickly changes to a picture of my little cousin Gram opening a present. In that picture he looks very excited to have a present to open. The room begins to darken because it seems that the sun has gone behind a cloud. It is as though the cloud swallowed the sun making it darker. On the plants in nature bud begin to bloom. Spring is finally here. The busting of a door and a loud HELLO! interrupts the peace and quietness.

Haiku

Many tall trees
A hawk
Sings its favorite toon

Pond stretches to miles
Life goes on
Pond stays still
